Streamlining Energy Compliance for Enovert with ESOS Reporting

Energy Oasis, as a trusted partner of Enovert, was chosen to handle the ESOS compliance work due to their extensive knowledge of the client's businesses and energy usage. With qualified consultant John leading the project, Energy Oasis successfully met Enovert's deadline and submitted the necessary reporting to the Environment Agency.

Enovert, as a large business, was required to complete mandatory energy assessments in the form of SECR (Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting) and ESOS (Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme) periodic reporting. Having worked with Energy Oasis on previous consultancy projects, Enovert recognised the importance of leveraging their expertise for this crucial compliance work.

Project Background

Energy Oasis assigned consultant John, who possesses qualifications in SECR, ISO, and ESOS audits, to handle the project. Drawing on his experience and knowledge, John quickly developed a streamlined process to ensure timely completion. Energy Oasis committed to meeting Enovert's deadline and guiding them through the complexities of the compliance requirements.

Our Approach

  • Experienced consultant qualified in SECR, ISO, and ESOS audits.

  • Efficient process development to meet Enovert's deadline.

  • Clear communication and guidance throughout the project.

Our Solutions

Enovert expressed their satisfaction with Energy Oasis's support during the ESOS compliance work:

  • Rapid response and commitment to meeting the set timescale.

  • Dedicated consultants demonstrated excellent planning, communication, and quality.

  • Expertise in navigating various complexities of the project.

  • Successful submission of the required reporting, providing absolute comfort to Enovert.

After consulting with Energy Oasis, Enovert has identified a significant energy generation opportunity at their Gloucestershire site. The landfill space is not usable for building, grazing or growing, making it an ideal location for renewable generation. Consequently, a thorough feasibility study was conducted to assess the viability of establishing a Green Energy Park. The proposed park would integrate a large-scale solar scheme, a single wind turbine for electricity generation, and hydrogen production—a promising venture for this region.

  • A solar scheme is currently in planning with Gloucestershire City Council, and there are further plans to include wind and hydrogen in the next phase of the scheme.

Client Testimonial

“Much like every business just now, we are in a position where energy costs to the business will become untenable if we take no action. With the help of Energy Oasis, we made the decision to invest in solar on the roof of our main building. We settled on a system that will provide a third of our annual energy requirement for this building, which goes a great way to firming up our energy costs. We are so pleased with the project that we aim to complete a similar scheme on another building in the near future.”
